A message dated May 7, 2001, was read stating the Senate has passed                                 
CSHCR 17(RES) with the following amendment and it is transmitted

      SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT                                                         
      RESOLUTION NO. 17(JUD)                                                                        
      Expressing the legislature's support for sale of a portion of                                 
      Alaska's North Slope natural gas for electrical generation to power                           
      data centers within the North Slope Borough.
